"I worked with The Taxplayers at the Royal County of Berkshire Show 2014.
It was an altogether uplifting experience. As musicians they were massively crowd pleasing and created a fabulous atmosphere. I was also very impressed with their choice of songs, which were popular and accessible. It’s a kind of magic that will get people dancing in the middle of the day, in the middle of a county show!

"My wife to be and I attended a pub where The Taxplayers were performing, at this time we didn’t know what we were going to have as live entertainment at our wedding. By the time the band had finished their first song we already decided that we might have found the answer.....we could see how professional and competent the band were, so we decided to approach them at the end of the evening.
Throughout the build up to the wedding, we worked closely with the band on special song choices and timings, this was an absolute pleasure. They guided us through how they believed the evening would work best and were fully open to our input and requests. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they were as excited as we were with the wedding.
When it came down to the evening, we had a few hiccups with the hotel changing timings. The band were amazing to accommodate this and at no point did they get moody or stroppy, they were totally professional and just made things so easy for us. They had the dance floor packed all night and sounded amazing. Since the wedding, I have had many guests tell me how much they enjoyed the band and in fact that was one of their favourite parts of the day.
If you were ever looking for a band for your wedding, I would have no hesitation of suggesting The Taxplayers, 5 stars all round, well done guys!"
